Hammerstone School is a 501c(3) non-profit*

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we are able to fulfill our mission of empowering women in skilled trades work while providing a thriving wage to our employees. Your donation supports our sliding scale tuition and helps us invest in capital improvements.

Hammerstone School, Inc. was formed April 17, 2024 as a charitable corporation with the specific purpose to educate women and gender minorities in non-traditional construction trades and to increase and support the presence of women and gender minorities in construction work environments and beyond.

Effective January 1, 2025, all operations of the school will be conducted by the non-profit. Until that date, the operations of the school continue to be conducted by Hammerstone: Carpentry for Women, LLC. Any donation will go to the non-profit and will be used exclusively for charitable purposes.
